Taeler Cyrus, from Los Angeles, CA, graduated with honors from The Ailey School/Fordham University, with a B.F.A. in Dance. While at The Ailey School, she participated in numerous prestigious training intensives including Laban School in London, Impulstanz in Vienna, Jacob’s Pillow, and the American Dance Festival. Professionally, Taeler has danced with River North Dance Chicago, Ailey II, The Metropolitan Opera, Thang Dao Dance Company, and has apprenticed with Complexions Contemporary Ballet. She has also performed at numerous international festivals including The Holland Dance Festival, Portugal’s Cistermúsica Festival, Finland’s Kuopio Dance Festival, Vaison Danses, in France, and Dancers Responding to AIDS’ Fire Island Dance Festival. Taeler has also worked commercially as a dancer for Beyonce, Kanye West, and Mariah Carey in addition to modeling for various publications, including: Pointe Magazine, Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, and Real Simple.
Taeler has called Broadway her home for the past 4 years where she debuted in "After Midnight" and originated a role in "An American In Paris" which both won a Tony Awards for Best Choreography.
